Villa Paraiso is a very luxurious private villa in a spectacular location. Two marble terraces overlook the world famous Los Arcos National Park, a protected underwater sanctuary of coral reefs, volcanic coves, and exotic marine life. The views of the Bay of Banderas are panoramic. The villa is contemporary in design and interiors are oversized and dramatic. In the two story living and dining areas contemporary furniture and Mexican accents open to the terrace and are overlooked by the mezzanine.

The secluded master bedroom suite and five guest bedroom suites are all spacious and luxuriously appointed. Each offers air-conditioning, satellite television, and ensuite bathroom with built-in jacuzzi. The marble terrace offers chaise lounges and a large private swimming pool with infinity edge. The villa has access so a small rocky beach that grants access to excellent snorkelling. Gracious service is provided by the staff of twelve. Villa Paraiso offers luxurious accomodation with contemporary style and gracious service in a spectacular beachfront location.

Located at the same latitude as Hawaii we enjoy a similar tropical climate with 300 sunny days per year and an average temperature of 75 to 80 degrees. Situated on the 2nd largest natural bay in North America, Puerto Vallarta has 100 miles of coast line with coves and sandy beaches allowing for any kind of beach activity.

Puerto Vallarta tropical paradise really has something for everyone. We boast 7 championship golf courses, tennis facilities all kinds of water sports, deep sea fishing, great restaurants and night life. And for the shopper there is an abundance of specialty shops lining the downtown streets, outdoor markets, flea markets and shopping centers.

We've made up a list of things to do while visiting us in Puerto Vallarta. You can take in a few or as many as you like. We do warn you that most of our guests at Villa Paraiso are quite content to stay and enjoy the pampered service and beautiful surroundings of the Villa with its own access to the famous Los Arcos National Marine Park, an underwater sanctuary of coral reefs, volcanic coves and exotic marine life. The use of flotation devices, snorkel gear and kayaks are provided by Villa Paraiso at no extra cost.

Our House Manager and your personal Concierge will be happy to arrange for any activities that you may choose. We have many activity brochures for you to review on your arrival at Villa Paraiso, we can also arrange for massages, manicures/pedicures and yoga to be done in the comfort of the Villa.

General Information

At Villa Paraiso you have your own onsite Concierge who Speaks both English and Spanish and is there to oversee the smooth operation of the villa and staff. She does all the grocery shopping, organizes your meals, arranges transportation, tours, golf times, spa services (in the comfort of the villa), whatever you desire.
Our very talented Chef and 2nd cook will prepare you Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in your choice of Authentic Mexican or various International Cuisines. You have 2 attentive Waiter/Bartenders for service around the pool and meals, Maid with evening turn down service, Maintenance/Pool person and 2 security personnel. Service at the villa is from 7:00am-11:00pm, sit back, relax and enjoy the pleasures of a truly pampered vacation.

Before your arrival at Villa Paraiso we provide you with a GUEST ARRIVAL INFORMATION SHEET so we can be ready for your group. On this sheet we request the names and flight information for you and your guests. We can then book your transportation from the airport to Villa Paraiso, which costs you about 1000 Pesos for an air-conditioned van that seats approximately 10 to 12 people depending on the amount of luggage (example golf clubs may take 2 vans). Villa Paraiso is located 45 minutes to 1 hour (depending on traffic) from the airport..
This sheet also requests some very important information on beverages so we can have the bar fully stocked with your requests when you arrive, and informs us of any dietary requirements or allergies. It also asks that you choose what time you would like your dinner the first night and your choice of Cuisine. Most people choose Authentic Mexican with Chef's choice for the first night. Upon arrival we offer your group a welcome drink and snacks. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 noon. If this doesn't coincide with your flights please let us know and other arrangements will be made where possible.

After the staff gets you settled in and comfortable our Villa Manager can set-up a 3 day menu plan with times of service, we do ask that your whole group sit down together. We have sample menus to help with choices.

Breakfast served from 8am until 10am
Lunch served from 12pm until 2pm
Snacks and appetizers through the day
Dinner served from 6pm until 8pm

Your Food & Beverage is not included in the rental of the villa. Your Villa manager does all the grocery shopping and will provide you with a statement of your food & Beverage expenses the day before you leave (you may view at anytime). He will supply you with the best quality meat, fish, dairy, produce and shop around to get you the best prices.

There is a 10% service charge on your statement to cover costs for fuel, deliveries, CC charges, etc. Depending on how much you eat and drink (as each group is different) costs run about $35.00 to $45.00 USD per person per day. This is us providing you 3 meals per day with snacks, beverages and alcohol. Very reasonable, you pay this amount for 1 meal in a nice restaurant. Villa Paraiso accepts, Visa, Master Card, USD, or Pesos for your food & beverage expenses.
We are often asked, "What are the customary guidelines for tipping the staff?" While tipping is optional, it is customary in the industry and greatly appreciated by the staff. We recommend 20 to 50 pesos for each staff member from each guest per day.. This can be paid in pesos or U.S.D. at the end of your stay. (Sorry we can't accept credit cards for this transaction).
